Where is LBI Fit located?
-We are located directly on the beach on North 5th St in Surf City (2 streets North of ScoJo's)
What do I need to bring?
-A beach towel and some water are all that you will need!
What workouts will I do at LBI Fit?
-LBI Fit starts off with a slow warm-up and brief stretch. Then we perform 3-4 intervals that consist of a few different workouts.
An example of an interval could be 10 burpees, 20 bodyweight squats, and a 50 meter down and back sprint; take a 1-minute break in between and repeat 3-4 times.
The idea is to raise our heart rates, use different muscle groups, and to have fun. It sure beats running on the treadmill!
After the high-intensity interval training we do different ab exercises and then do a cool-down stretch. And that's it! One session is an hour-long and costs $15.
Is LBI Fit too difficult for me?
-Without challenge, there is no change. Our workouts are meant to push you because at the end of the day we are working out to see great results!
But, with that said, any workout or exercise can be modified to meet your fitness capabilities. LBI Fit is a supportive community and there is no shame in taking extra time to catch your breath or sit out an exercise.
Will LBI Fit not be challenging enough for me?
-You get out what you put in. The harder the effort you give during one of our workouts, the better the overall workout! Therefore, no matter what fitness level you are currently at, you can still see great results.
Can I purchase sessions for cheaper than $15?
